Bust
Measure across the fullest part of your bust. The measurement should be flat and not too tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, which lies between your bottom ribs and your hip bones. If you want a very accurate measurement, breathe in deeply, then relax your stomach and wrap the measuring tape around your waist, leaving about a quarter-inch of room.
Hips
Measure your hips all the way around. The hip bones are often not the widest point; it’s usually one or 2 inches lower, where it aligns with your buttocks at its fullest.
Inseam
Start with your feet shoulder-width apart while wearing a normal pair of gym shoes. Measure from the top of your inside leg to the bottom of your inside ankle. Do the same on the other leg and average both legs for a more precise inseam measurement.
